Meet Jacqueline Adamson, MS, LMFT

Licensed in Florida and Texas with over 20 years of experience, I provide compassionate, solution-focused therapy to help individuals, couples, and families heal, grow, and thrive.

My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment where my clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I currently offer individual, couples, and family therapy services, as well as group therapy sessions.

  • Yes. I provide secure telehealth sessions for clients in Florida and Texas. This allows you to connect from the comfort of your home while still receiving professional support.

  • Standard therapy sessions are typically 45 minutes. Longer or extended sessions may be available upon request.

  • Your first session is focused on getting to know you, your goals, and your concerns. We’ll discuss your history, challenges, and what you’d like to achieve through therapy. Together, we’ll create an actionable plan tailored to your needs.

  • Yes. I accept certain insurance plans for therapy services. Coverage may vary depending on your provider and plan. 

  • You can schedule an appointment by booking a session.

  • Yes. As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I am legally and ethically bound to protect your confidentiality. There are a few exceptions required by law, which I’ll explain during your first session.
